Independent Coaching & Facility Use Policy
Purpose
To maintain the integrity of our programs, uphold brand standards, and ensure safety, consistency, and quality for all players and guests, this policy outlines the requirements and restrictions regarding independent pickleball coaching conducted on facility grounds.
Policy Overview
Dink & Dine proudly provides professional pickleball instruction through our approved and vetted coaching staff.
Each coach is selected based on qualifications, teaching approach, and compliance with our company’s insurance, safety, and branding standards.
To protect the interests of our players, facility, and staff, independent or outside coaches are not permitted to conduct paid lessons, clinics, or instruction on our courts or property without prior written authorization and a formal agreement with management.
Unauthorized Coaching
Any individual who provides instruction—paid or unpaid—without a signed agreement with Dink & Dine will be considered in violation of this policy.
Unauthorized coaching includes but is not limited to:
- Conducting paid or barter-based lessons on-site
- Advertising coaching services while using facility space
- Representing oneself as affiliated with Dink & Dine without approval
Violations may result in immediate removal from the premises, cancellation of court privileges, and further action as deemed necessary by management.
Authorized Coaching Opportunities
We welcome the opportunity to partner with qualified coaches who align with our mission and standards.
Coaches interested in offering instruction through Dink & Dine may request a meeting with our management team to:
- Review professional credentials and insurance coverage
- Discuss company branding and instructional standards
- Establish approved pricing, payment structures, and scheduling procedures
All approved coaches will operate under a formal Independent Contractor Agreement and must maintain active liability insurance listing Dink & Dine as an additional insured.
Insurance & Liability
For safety and compliance reasons, all coaching activities must be coordinated through our approved system.
This ensures that both players and instructors are covered under the facility’s liability and risk management policies.
Unauthorized coaching activities are not covered by facility insurance and may expose both the individual and the facility to liability.
