Nate Lampa
Pickleball Teaching Professional
My journey into pickleball began in 2020, during the COVID era. Like many, I was craving movement, community, and purpose—and I found it all on the court. Starting as a true beginner at a 2.5 level, I’ve grown into a competitive 4.5+ player through consistent training, discipline, and grit.
As a former 82nd Airborne Paratrooper, I know the value of discipline, recovery, and staying mission-ready—both mentally and physically. After overcoming two torn ACLs and rebuilding my body through ATG (Athletic Truth Group) training, I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same.
I bring a “fitness-first” coaching approach that blends on-court skill work with off-court strength and mobility training to bulletproof your game. Whether you’re brand new to the sport or competing at a high level, my goal is to help athletes move better, play longer, avoid injuries—and enjoy the game for a lifetime.
